Distracted Drive Awareness Month

Eric Johnson, one of our managing partners, has handled hundreds of auto accident cases in his career.  We appreciated the opportunity to help victims of auto accidents recover through the legal system.  While we deeply appreciate our clients and are proud of the work we have accomplished excellent results our clients, we hope for a day when auto accidents don't cause the quantity of pain and suffering that has been caused by negligent behavior that leads to nearly 40,000 fatalities nationwide every year. One way that we can all work to reduce the number of serious injuries and fatalities from auto accidents is to participate in Distracted Driving Awareness Month.  The increase we have seen in technology has lead to an increase in distracted drivers and, as a result, negligent drivers.  From cell phones to GPS devices, to voice-activated devices, the opportunities for distraction are increasing.

We encourage all of our clients, former clients and colleagues to take this pledge with the National Safety Council.

Together, we can work together to promote safe driving habits and reduce negligent auto accidents and the pain and suffering that they cause.
